Yes, I do. I usually write what I need to buy on my phone, so I don’t forget anything. Having a to-buy list can make me prioritize my spending on what I really need at the moment. It saves my time and energy as well.
Do you make a list for your study/work? (Does it work?)
For study/work, I rarely make a written list. I’ve been doing my daily study/work for a long time now, so I can mentally keep track of what I need to do. If ever I make any notes, it is only for the scheduled activities/meetings.
Why do some people hate making lists?
I think some don’t make lists because they usually don’t follow them. Just like for groceries, sometimes you have a list, but you still end up buying much more than what was on it. Making a list then becomes a waste of time. It’s better to just get what you need on the spot.
