我上次的雅思part2话题考到的是Describe a language you want to learn (not English), 在我的上篇考试回忆中有提到，在我描述话题时，说到了我在自学法语，并且举到了两个法语单词作为例子。然后听到法语的一刹那，考官抬头微笑。（于是我的天空，星星都亮了…）
其实，为什么考官会突然这么感兴趣呢？很简单, cuz it’s fun! 没有考官喜欢在part2部分听到非常无聊又正(liao)儿(wu)八(sheng)经(qu)的表达。而大部分的考生因为英语表述的不熟悉感和对于内容的过分看重，往往会忽略这一点。或者有的学生会说：我光描述内容已经很难得了，根本顾及不到把它说得有趣啊？其实我们不需要做太多，如果表述的内容可以事先准备，这也是可以的。而且，一些观点和词句可以串用。
比如：考题是Describe someone you haven’t seen before but you would like to know more, 如果你描述的是自己的偶像，你可以说：I know he can speak good French, I self studied a little because of him. I know how to say “Hello” in French, xxx（见上篇参考）。这样，我们就把比较有趣的自己学习语言的例子，又用在一个人物类的描述中了。
纵观雅思口语话题，你会发现，有的问题本身，就带有“interesting”的描述要求，现在在考的话题中，就有好几个。比如：Describe an old person who is interesting; Describe an interesting part of your country; Describe an interesting talk or lecture。还有Describe a film or TV program that made you laugh，虽然没有interesting这个单词，但也是一样的意思了。再之前的考题，有考过：Describe in interesting animal; Describe an interesting historical place; Describe an interesting event in your school等等。老外们似乎对于interesting有股执念，如果你夸人，说： You are funny/interesting. 他们往往会非常之开心。当然，interesting的反义词就是boring。如果一个人被形容成boring，那对他/她会是一个灰常大的打击。
所以，尝试如何把表达说的真实有趣，加上简单生动的例子，是我们可以努力的一个方向。
